Nerd Swap Episode 2: Y the Last Man vol 1: Unmanned
Welcome to the second episode two of Nerd Swap!
Just want to take a quick second here to thank all the people who listened to our last episode! Thank you!
We are keeping the show rolling with our second episode, where special guests Joe Degand and Greg Lucas join Tim to talk about Brian K Vaughan and Pia Guerra's Y the Last Man.
Y the Last Man is a tale about every living being with a Y chromosome dying at the same time from an unknown disease, with one man and his monkey being the only known survivors.
We had a great time discussing the first volume, and hope you enjoy listening!
Greg, let me know what you think!
Y the Last Man: Unmanned
P.S. I know we say that the episode is volumes one and two, but we went long on time. We will have a follow up with volume 2 (and 3-10).

Nerd Swap also has Y the Last Man, Green Arrow, and Hellboy episodes coming in the future, with some great new guests.
Are there any particular titles you'd like to hear about? Here are a few we've been thinking of doing:

Nerd Swap Episode 1: The Dark Knight Returns!
As I stated yesterday, I am very excited to get this project rolling.
The Dark Knight Returns was the comic book that showed me that superheroes weren't all campy and lame, and blew my socks off as an eleven year old kid. I figured that there was no better place to start, than the place it all started for me.
Ryan and Chris join me to talk about this All-American classic. Take a listen, and tell us what you are interested in hearing more about.

Get ready for the Nerd Swap Podcast!
It has been a while, I know, but we're back!
I am a person who loves to read comic books. Not only do I read them, but I love to talk about them with the people I know. I've been like this for nearly 20 years.
Over the last few months, I decided that it would be great to invite people over, share a trade paperback, and discuss our thoughts and ideas.
This project has been named, "Nerd Swap."
Think of it like "Oprah's Book Club," but way cooler.
Every two weeks we'll post a podcast of nerds talking comics, and in between shows we'll let you know what we'll be looking at next. The first episode will go live soon, and we will be talking about one of my all time favorite stories, Frank Miller's, "The Dark Knight Returns."
We'll try to think of a few more things to keep you entertained, but for now we just hope you check out the show.
